We ordered a large cheese pizza easy enough right?, guess not. We were told 45 minutes ok sure maybe they were busy I get that. My bf went to pick it up after about 40 minutes (they are less than 5 minutes away) and brought it home and said it's not very hot let's eat it quick. We started eating and the fact that we could pick it up and it didn't bend at all is not right. We called and told them the pizza was cold, and that we were told 45 minute wait, the guy that answered actually said I don't know what to tell you. No apologies we will make you a new one nothing, we talked to the manager and was finally told they would make a new one. My boyfriend went to pick it up again and was not even apologized to by the manager who didn't even bother to come over himself at all on the second visit. He told them you really shouldn't tell a customer I don't know what to tell you instead try to apologize and the kid said I was just being honest. Wow, we will not be returning to this place again. The bright side the second pizza was piping hot.

WORST PAPA GINO'S EVER. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the "workers" to acknowledge our presence, we were asked for our order. I requested a penne & meatball platter... in response, I received an eye roll and exaggerated sigh. She turned to ask someone how long it would be... OVER 45 MINUTES!!
Needless to say we left and will never return. Avoid at all costs. -

I live right down the street from the restaurant. I go in there often because again it's pizza and I love pizza. But I have had numerous experiences working here. First off the people working there are clueless. Forget to ask things and clarify orders as well.
Last Friday was the last straw. I ordered using the app. I knew how the app worked I have used it numerous times at a different location at my mothers house. They have never failed. But the Uxbridge location managed to screw it up. We ordered a Buffalo Mac and Cheese, a sausage peppers and onions, one just plain bacon. When we got there to pick it up. They handed us a receipt. With the normal order. They messed up! They gave us the pizza instead of the dish for the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese! So they corrected it. But then upon looking in the 2 pizza boxes they were both plain cheese pizzas. Not what we ordered. Then the manager tried to convince me I was wrong.
Poor management. And food most of the time has something wrong with it. But it is hit or miss sometimes its average. Skip this location and check out other pizza restaurants in the area. -

Went In with my cousin Friday night and... wow. We ordered a large pizza and the crust was just that. Crusty. Old. Looks like it had been sitting out for days. The green peppers weren't even cut?! Why?! And why did I wait an additional 20 minutes for one large pizza?!!!!!!! Nice workers but where is jim?! He always provided exceptional service and made sure I left happy. Nobody cares anymore ?! The only one who corrected my issue was another manager with red hair. Who asked the pizza people to make another one. Thank you to him as for the rest please be more cordial?! Thank you

Went in last night after I placed an online order around 9. My order was estimated to finish at 9:31; I walked in a few minutes past 9:30. Not only was the pizza not done, but they were making me wait for the wrong kind of pizza the entire time. Once they realized the error they asked me if it was "okay." Nope--I didn't order that, plus I don't eat sausage. So many people read the ticket incorrectly that I became paranoid to the point of opening the confirmation email to see if I made the mistake. Nope--it was them. The order was literally spelled out for them. So in the end I walked out with the correct food...at 10 o'clock. Waiting around was the last thing I wanted to do after a 10-hour workday. Plus, the only thing they offered to appease me was upgrading to a large breadsticks for the same price I paid for the small. Yeah, not good enough.
Another thing: I walked in and was greeted by an extremely loud, "ARE YOU ALL SET?" by the girl who kept sweeping the floor before going back to touch the food. Gross. And she was rude. I didn't even know how to answer her question(?) other than, "Ummm, I'm here to pick up an order...?"
One more thing: When you mess up someone's food and leave their appetizers in the warmer for too long, the containers of sauce start to melt and open up. It was a very unpleasant surprise to open the large mozzarella sticks and find sauce covering most of them, causing them to be soggy and inedible. The only slightly positive thing about this experience is the fact that I earned rewards points, to be honest.
